Development Progress Reports. Seller will deliver a Development Progress Report to Buyer on each January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 after the Effective Date until Seller's COD. Buyer shall be entitled to request such additional information as it may reasonably require from time to time in respect of Seller's development of Seller's Plant.
