Development of Program Study. Resident should develop a personal program of study and professional growth with the guidance from the teaching medical staff and demonstrate ability to assume graded and increasing responsibility for patient care. Furthermore, Resident shall participate in safe, effective, and compassionate patient care under supervision, commensurate with the level of advancement and responsibility.
