Ethical Obligations. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Employee acknowledges that he has certain independent ethical obligation concerning confidentiality and conflicts of interest imposed by the applicable provisions of the Indiana Rules of Professional Conduct (as well as possibly other model rules of professional conduct), which prevent or limit Employee in his capacity as an attorney from representing or otherwise working for any direct or indirect competitor of the Company whose interest may be materially adverse to the interest of the Company as well as prohibit Employee from disclosing, relying upon or otherwise using Company information for the benefit of such competitors. Employee acknowledges that such ethical obligations, specifically including Rules 1.6 through 1.9 of the Indiana Rule of Professional Conduct, shall be deemed part of this Agreement and shall run concurrent with all other restrictive covenant obligations contained herein.
Ethical Obligations. Strictly abide by the Principles of Medical Ethics of the American Osteopathic Association or whichever are applicable, and all applicable statutes of the State of Washington relating to the practice of medicine.
Ethical Obligations. Users hereby affirm and agree that they are obligated to abide by and comply with all applicable professional rules of conduct set forth by applicable state bar associations, or any other authority in any applicable jurisdiction in which Hiring Attorney will utilize the legal services of Freelance Attorneys and/or Freelance Paralegals. Users should refer to their respective state Bar Association and the American Bar Association for more information about their obligations.
Ethical Obligations. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary no customer shall be considered a Distributor ForeCYTE Customer if such customer is not satisfied with the service provided by Distributor and the Parties acknowledge and agree that nothing in this Agreement shall limit the ethical obligation of the NRLBH and its licensed physicians from providing medically useful services to patients including the ForeCYTE Test.
Ethical Obligations. Ethical Obligations. Because Sandler will be providing legal advice and services to Herbalife, and in that capacity will be privy to highly confidential and privileged information, and because during the period of this Agreement Sandler will owe all duties of an attorney to a client with regard to the work conducted by Sandler on behalf of Herbalife, during the period of this Agreement, Sandler shall not engage in any activity competitive with Herbalife, or in any other manner act to the detriment of Herbalife or Herbalife’s business interests, management or owner(s).

In the performance of their obligations and rights and in conducting any activities pursuant to this Agreement, each of the parties and their agents, representatives, and employees shall comply fully, and shall cause their subsidiaries and affiliates to comply fully, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no commission nor any portion thereof, nor any other money or thing of value has been or will be paid, offered, given or promised by any of the parties or any of their agents, representatives or employees, directly or indirectly, to any official or employee of any government-controlled entity, any political party or official thereof, or any candidate for political office, for purposes of :
Ethical Obligations. The Legal Fellow shall comply with ethical obligations in all respects in delivering Services. Nothing under this provision waives or diminishes the restrictions on the Legal Fellow set forth in Section 6.2.
Ethical Obligations. At all times during the effect of this Agreement, attorney Xxxxxx xxXxxxxxx shall adhere to the standards of conduct set forth in the “Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees”, being Chapter 112, Part III, Florida Statutes, and shall otherwise comply with all federal and Florida state, county and municipal laws, as well as the, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of such governmental authorities, including, but not limited to, any “Code of Ethics” of the City and the personnel rules and regulations of the City.
