Development of Interfaces Clause Samples

Development of Interfaces. Enterprise acknowledges that Radiant has the right to create and develop application programming interfaces between Radiant’s products and the Enterprise Products.

Development of Interfaces. The Parties shall develop the Interface as mutually agreed and in accordance with Exhibit A. The first phase of development of the Interfaces is described in Exhibit A. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, each party shall perform all such development work at its own expense. Baan shall pay for Vendor's Interface development services against Vendor's monthly invoice on net thirty (30) day terms at the rate of $[*] US/hour for Vendor's professional services and all reasonable Vendor travel expenses incurred in connection with the Interface development and specifically authorized in advance by Baan.
