Common use of Development Documents Clause in Contracts

Development Documents. The Developer, with the cooperation and assistance of the Adeptus Parties, shall prepare (or cause to be prepared): (i) the Plans and Specifications (to the extent not prepared as of the date of this Agreement); (ii) the Development Schedule setting forth a detailed analysis and schedule for the development and construction of the Project; and (iii) a survey of the location and boundaries of the Property on which the Project will be constructed, which shall, at a minimum, clearly depict all wetland areas and contain a legal description of the Property, and contain such other information and detail as required by MPT and the Title Company (to the extent not prepared as of the date of this Agreement).
