Common use of Development Documents Clause in Contracts

Development Documents. Receipt of copies of any agreements, existing or proposed, with Governmental Entities, in the nature of a subdivider's agreement, public improvements agreement, or annexation agreement affecting the development of the Project or requiring cash equivalent collateral, or imposing building restrictions in lieu of collateral, as a condition to development of the Project (collectively, the "Development Documents");
