Development Documents. (a) A copy of the completed Works Contract between the Applicant and the Principal Contractor duly executed by each party thereto. (b) Confirmation from Homes England that the Applicant has provided (or procured the provision of) each certification required pursuant to the terms of the Application and this Agreement via the Portal.
