Development Approval. 8.1 The Licensee must make, and pay the reasonable cost of, the Applications, including any appeals or proceedings lodged in respect of or arising out of the Applications and, at its own cost, erect any signs on the Licensed Area and/or the Land which are reasonably required for an Applications; and 8.2 ForestrySA must use its best endeavours and properly assist the Licensee, promptly and in good faith in all respects in the pursuits of the Application and obtaining the Approval.
