DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION Clause Samples

DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION. At the start of each school year per the TD&E Timeline, building principals or supervising administrators will create a schedule of evaluations that includes probationary and tenured staff who are on the summative phase of their TD&E cycle for the year. The schedule will be shared by the end of the second week of school. The schedule will give a two week window of time that the evaluation will occur. If a situation occurs where the schedule must be changed, the building principal or supervising administrator will reschedule with notification after consultation with the affected educator. These evaluations should not take place during September or after May 15.
DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION. Recognizing that strong leadership is essential to the success of the Schools, the CWC Network will provide direct and indirect support in the development and evaluation of leadership. For example, the CWC Network: • Supports the Schools in leveraging talent across and beyond the CWC Network. • Supports, coaches and develops key Licensee leadership talent, including its Board of Directors, Executive Directors and School Principals. For example: o The CWC Network will provide ongoing principal support and feedback and leverage resources inside and outside of the CWC Network to support principals in achieving their Schools’ missions. o The CWC Network Liaison will provide support to the board in Executive Director management. • Designs and creates templates and models for individual and collective evaluation at school sites. These evaluations will be designed intentionally to align tightly with the CWC Network’s mission and instructional and philosophical approach. o Designs and provides templates for Executive Director, Principal and teacher evaluations with examples of effective implementation. o Develops and implements multi-day school evaluations. The evaluation process will focus on quality of outcomes and fulfillment of the mission and the CWC Network Fundamentals. These reviews will provide feedback to School leaders that they may use in making programmatic decisions. In addition, this process will identify promising practices to share across the CWC Network. • Facilitates access to network of principals and Executive Directors across the CWC Network.
DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION. Those teachers who are not covered by the evaluation procedure contained in Appendix B will be governed by the procedure contained in this Appendix C.
DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION a. Customer agrees to furnish all critical DHBT device specifications required for Vitesse to develop and evaluate an InP-based epitaxial structure as set forth in subparagraphs b. - f. of this paragraph 1. These specifications may include, and are not limited to, functional description of operation of the transistor, arrangement and location of input, output, power, and control ports, temperature range of operation, and ac and dc performance. b. Vitesse shall design a multilayer epitaxial structure (the “Stack”) that, when used in conjunction with the VIP2 process, will produce transistors which meet the function and performance specified in part a. above, fabricate wafers using the VIP2 InP integrated circuit process, and provide prototypes of the transistors (the “ Transistor Prototypes”) to Customer for development and evaluation purposes all in accordance with the schedule and completion dates (the “Schedule”) set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto. c. In accordance with the Schedule, Vitesse shall evaluate the Transistor Prototypes within its own facility and supply the results of this evaluation to Customer. Customer may also evaluate Transistor Prototypes within its own facility and provide Vitesse written reports of the performance and deficiencies of the Transistor Prototypes in accordance with the Schedule. Based on these evaluations, Vitesse will modify and construct a transistor model, within the Cadence design environment, suitable for use in high frequency circuit design. Upon reasonable request of Vitesse, Customer shall grant Vitesse representatives access to Customer’s facility to observe evaluations. Vitesse shall deliver to Customer the final design kit with updated transistor models per the dates in the Schedule. d. Upon completion of the development and evaluation of the Transistor Prototypes, Vitesse shall make the Stack available for use by Customer in the development of InP-based integrated circuit. e. Vitesse shall review all Customer proposed integrated circuit product concepts and provide design services, where possible, to enable the timely demonstration of prototypes (the “IC Prototypes”). f. On a biweekly basis, Vitesse shall provide Customer with information as to the progress and status of each development effort being conducted under this Agreement. Such documentation shall include, but is not limited to physical and/or schematic descriptions of the Prototype(s), test data, and an updated milestone chart showing performanc...
