The Development Access clause grants specified parties the right to enter a property or site for the purpose of conducting development-related activities. Typically, this clause outlines who may access the premises, under what conditions, and for what specific development tasks, such as inspections, surveys, or construction preparations. By clearly defining access rights and limitations, the clause ensures that necessary development work can proceed efficiently while protecting the property owner's interests and minimizing potential disputes over unauthorized entry.

Development Access. Access to the Development shall be met through two (2) access points to County Road 280 as conceptually shown in Exhibit “B”. There shall be no dead end roadways extending over 150 feet without an approved turn around. Developer may construct temporary hammerhead turn-a-rounds at the end of internal streets which shall be constructed in accordance with standards set forth in the City codes and regulations and as required by the City Fire Code. The turn- a-rounds may be constructed in the right of way of Lakeline Blvd. and San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway. The turn-a-rounds shall be removed and replaced with full intersection improvements with Lakeline Blvd. and San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway at such time as Lakeline Blvd. and San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway are extended to encompass these internal street intersections. The cost and performance of the removal of the turn-a- rounds shall not be the Developer’s responsibility and shall be included as a component of the project to extend Lakeline Blvd. and San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parkway.
