Common use of Developing as a Professional Clause in Contracts

Developing as a Professional. The District shall establish and define job responsibilities for those certificated non- instructional personnel whose duties and responsibilities the District believes cannot be appropriately evaluated using the evaluation standards in this section. The Association shall be consulted prior to a change in a bargaining unit member’s job description. The District shall evaluate and assess the competency of such unit members as it reasonably relates to the fulfillment of those responsibilities.
