Developer's Liability Insurance. The Developer, either directly or through the General Contractor, shall maintain such insurance as will protect the Owner and the Developer from claims set forth below which may arise out of or result from the Developer's operations under the Agreement and for which the Owner or the Developer may be legally liable, whether such operations are those of the Developer, the General Contractor, any subcontractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable, as follows:
