Developer’s Contractors. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s engineer shall provide to City Engineer with a list of the contractors and subcontractors selected by Developer along with their qualifications. Specifically, the City requires the name of the subcontractor, address, contact information, and a statement from Developer that to the best of Developer’s knowledge, the subcontractor is capable of fulfilling its obligations under its contract with Developer, together with such other requirements as may be imposed by law or ordinance.
Developer’s Contractors. (a) The services shall be installed by Contractor(s) retained by the Developer and approved in writing by the Town, unless specifically noted otherwise in this Agreement subject to the policies of the Town in effect from time to time.
Developer’s Contractors and Employees includes the employees, agents, contractors, consultants, customers, workmen, invitees, clients and visitors of the Developer, its licensees and concessionaires and others who may at any time be in or on the Premises or the Land, with or without invitation.
