Developer Insurance. Developer and any Subcontractors it selects to install the Solar Facility shall maintain the following insurance coverages in full force and effect: (a) Workers’ Compensation Insurance as may be from time to time required under applicable federal and state law, and (b) Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $2,000,000 general aggregate, $1,000,000 per occurrence.
