Developer Guaranty Sample Clauses
Developer Guaranty. Developer hereby guarantees the performance of MMPI under this Agreement and shall be directly liable to the County for the failure of MMPI to perform its obligations, duties and covenants under this Agreement.
Developer Guaranty. The Developer agrees to execute and deliver and to cause the Guarantors to execute and deliver to the City, the Developer Guaranty in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit I.
Developer Guaranty. C2.1 of the Original Agreement Sixth Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement as amended is superseded and replaced with by the following language: “Developer anticipates that construction of Unit 1D of Phase Two will be commenced on or before September 30, 2015June 30, 2016, and commits that said building construction will commence no later than December 31, 2015August 31, 2016 and be substantially completed no later than March 1August 31, 2017.”
