Common use of Determination of Charges Clause in Contracts

Determination of Charges. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, wherever this Agreement requires Licensee to pay for work done or contracted for by Utility, the charge for such work shall include all material, labor, engineering, and administrative costs as applicable. Utility shall bill its services based upon actual costs, and such costs will be determined in accordance with Utility’s cost accounting system used for recording capital and expense activities. Upon Licensee’s request, Utility shall provide Licensee with documentation of charges and costs to be paid by Licensee.
