Destruction and Removal; Changes and Alterations. (a) Property Owner covenants and agrees that for the Term of this Agreement, no change in grades or other alterations within the lines of the SMP Area shall be made and that no buildings and/or other structures either overhead, underground or upon the surface, shall be constructed within the lines of or abutting the SMP Area unless the plans for such changes of grades, alterations or structures shall be first be submitted to and approved in writing by the City.
