Desktop Security Service. Desktop Security Service is made up of software and hardware components. Spectrum is not the manufacturer or supplier of any software or hardware components of the Desktop Security Service. Spectrum shall update the Desktop Security Service from time-to-time based on manufacturer-provided updates. Attachment D Fiber Internet Access Service (“FIA Service”) Fiber Internet Access: If Customer elects to receive the FIA Service, Spectrum shall provide Customer with a dedicated, scalable connection over a packet-based infrastructure with Internet service provider (“ISP”) peering between Customer’s data network identified on a Service Order and Spectrum’s facilities. FIA Service, or features of FIA Service, may not be available in all service areas. Spectrum’s FIA Service is “On-Net” if it is provided by Spectrum to Service Locations through the Spectrum Network. Spectrum may, in its discretion, provide Customer with “Off-Net” services to geographic locations that are outside of Spectrum’s service area or are not currently connected to the Spectrum Network through third party service providers. In addition, certain non-facilities-based services provided by third parties may be offered to Customer by Spectrum (“Third Party Services”). Third Party Services and Off- Net Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Customer’s use of the FIA Service is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

  • Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.

  • Security Services In performing the Services, the Agent shall properly comply at all times with, and perform all of, the Security Procedures.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre­ viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
