Common use of Designation of Series Clause in Contracts

Designation of Series. Pursuant to the terms hereof and Section 3.01 of the Base Indenture, there is hereby established the Notes, known as the "75/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013," and such Notes shall be deemed "Securities" for purposes of the Base Indenture.

Designation of Series. Designation of Series. Pursuant to the terms hereof and Section 3.01 of the Base Indenture, there is hereby established the Notes, known as the "75/877/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 20132011," and such Notes shall be deemed "Securities" for purposes of the Base Indenture.

Pursuant to the terms hereof and Section 3.01 2.01 of the Base Indenture, there is hereby established the Notes, known as the "75/8___% Senior Subordinated Notes due 20132014," which shall be guaranteed by the Guarantors, and such Notes and Guarantees shall be deemed "Securities" for all purposes of under the Base Indenture.

Pursuant to the terms hereof and Section 3.01 2.01 of the Base Indenture, there is are hereby established the Notes, known as the "75/857/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013October 1, 2012," and such Notes shall be deemed "Securities" for all purposes of under the Base Indenture.

Designation of Series. Pursuant to the terms hereof and Section 3.01 2.01 of the Base Indenture, there is hereby established the Notes, known as the "75/87-5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 20132014," which shall be guaranteed by the Guarantors, and such Notes and Guarantees shall be deemed "Securities" for all purposes of under the Base Indenture.
