Common use of Designated Officers Clause in Contracts

Designated Officers. The Officers of the Company shall consist of a President, one or more vice-presidents (the number thereof to be determined by the Board of Managers), a secretary and a treasurer, and such assistant secretaries, assistant treasurers, or such other Officers as may be elected or appointed by the Board of Managers. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person.
