DESIGN STUDIO. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx’x prices are competitive and there is no rush charge added for immediate turn-around projects. The attached non-exclusive agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and contains provisions spelling out the City’s ownership of all graphic materials commissioned and paid for by the City. Exhibit A of the agreement notes Fiscal Year 2011-2012 season prices. Future prices may be adjusted as noted in Section 3 (a) of the agreement. The City has the ability to terminate the agreement at any time with 15 days written notice.
