Design Statements. The multi-stakeholder groups, detailed above, also developed and agreed non-negotiable design objectives for the proposed new facilities during workshops facilitated by Architecture and Design Scotland (A&DS). The full reports are attached at Appendices EC15 and EC16. The requirements for the facilities were viewed from the perspective of patients, staff, and visitors.
