Design Modifications. The design of the building must be modified as follows:

If Contractor or City determines that design modifications may be necessary, Contractor shall discuss potential changes with City and POR prior to preparing the appropriate contract change order documents, depending upon the type of work (changed work, extra work, or force account work). Assumptions: ▪ Up to ten (10) design modifications shall be prepared, limited to the budget and hours associated with this task.

Assumptions: • Up to five (5) design modifications shall be prepared, limited to the budget and hours associated with this task for the Xxxxxxx Ave and 14th St roundabout project • Up to ten (10) design modifications shall be prepared, limited to the budget and hours associated with this task for the 14th St: Xxxxxxx Ave to Commerce Ave project.
Design Modifications. ITC shall have the right to make design modifications to the Products to the extent such modifications do not affect the form, fit, function, safety, reliability, or performance of a Product; provided, however, that ITC shall notify Urosurge of any such modifications that materially affect the form, fit, function, safety, reliability, or performance of the Products. Within twenty (20) days after receiving any such notice from ITC, Urosurge may disapprove of such design modifications. If Urosurge fails to provide ITC with notice during such twenty (20) day period, Urosurge shall be deemed to approve such modifications.
Design Modifications. 8.1. AUTONEUM retains the right to make modifications to drawings, specifications, and product descriptions etc. at any time.

This Scope of Work includes modifying the stormwater collection and treatment system, ponds, and infrastructure designed by HDR; this includes modifying the Environmental Resource Permit. The Scope of Work does not include wetland resource or United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permit modifications.

In the event that Toshiba makes any modification to any Products that were designed together with M-Systems (such as the [***] and/or [***] and any other applicable Product) without M-Systems` prior written approval, Toshiba shall continue to offer to M-Systems such applicable Products in their unmodified specifications and form, subject to Toshiba`s rights hereunder to discontinue the production of Products under the applicable terms of this Agreement and its Exhibits.
