Design Features. The congregational websites will be set up to complement each other in look and functionality in an effort to keep branding consistent across UCASA congregations utilising the Congregational Website Program. Due to the design of the websites, congregations will be limited to 20 pages (plus pages for events). Design Features. The Feedwater Chemical Injection Systems shall receive, measure, store, mix and meter chemical solutions. Each system shall include each of the following: Measurement container Calibration cylinder Two (2) chemical metering pumps and skid Enclosed chemical storage and containment area for totes (totes supplied by others) For each system all instrumentation, valves, interconnecting piping and control panels shall be provided.
Design Features. In that this project involves improvements to Municipal- owned infrastructure, the State will make all reasonable efforts to timely obtain and respect Subrecipient’s input on issues related to design features of such infrastructure, including but not limited to public access to local businesses, temporary parking during construction, traffic control and overall public relations.

  • Design Criteria The Engineer shall prepare all work in accordance with the latest version of applicable State’s procedures, specifications, manuals, guidelines, standard drawings, and standard specifications or previously approved special provisions and special specifications, which include: the PS&E Preparation Manual, Roadway Design Manual, Hydraulic Design Manual, the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD), Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges (latest Edition), and other State approved manuals. When design criteria are not identified in State manuals, the Engineer shall notify the State and refer to the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Street, (latest Edition). In addition, the Engineer shall follow the State’s District guidelines in developing the Plan, Specification, and Estimate (PS&E) package. The Engineer shall prepare each PS&E package in a form suitable for letting through the State’s construction contract bidding and awarding process. The Engineer shall identify, prepare exhibits and complete all necessary forms for each Design Exception and Waiver required within project limits prior to the 30% project completion submittal. The Engineer shall submit each exception and waiver to the State for coordination and processing of approvals. If subsequent changes require additional exceptions, the Engineer shall notify the State in writing as soon as possible after identification of each condition that may warrant a design exception or waiver.

  • Additional Features Additional Features are invoiced at the start of the first Contract Year following the Contract Year in which such Additional Features are activated.

  • Design Changes Axon may make design changes to any Axon Device or Service without notifying Agency or making the same change to Axon Devices and Services previously purchased by Agency.

The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
