Design Features Clause Samples
The 'Design Features' clause defines the specific characteristics, elements, or standards that a product, project, or deliverable must include as part of its design. This clause typically outlines requirements such as materials to be used, aesthetic considerations, functional specifications, or compliance with certain codes or regulations. By clearly specifying these features, the clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of what is expected in the final design, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the deliverable meets the agreed-upon standards.
Design Features. The congregational websites will be set up to complement each other in look and functionality in an effort to keep branding consistent across UCASA congregations utilising the Congregational Website Program. Due to the design of the websites, congregations will be limited to 20 pages (plus pages for events). For more information, please read the Congregational Website Style Guide (which can be downloaded from ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇). Congregational Website Administrators’ access will largely relate to updating, adding and editing content, text, images and calendar entries. Branding and design beyond these elements will remain consistent across the Congregational Website Program. Congregations may customise the accent colour of the website to match existing branding. Would you like to customise the accent colour on your website? □ No, please use the automatic accent colour. □ Yes, please customise the accent colour to match our branding. The Design-Builder must ensure that any maintenance activities required on Wayside Equipment does not create LRT operational constraints, nor encroach onto the road carriageway or any pedestrian/cyclist facilities.
2. Modular Design: Modular design principles must be employed to the greatest extent practicable. Components must be packaged together in replaceable subassemblies according to the logical function that they perform. Components or subassemblies requiring occasional removal should be plug-in units.
