In Annex 1 to this Addendum, the Parties have mutually set out their understanding of the details of the Processing of the Client Personal Data to be Processed by CT pursuant to this Addendum, as required by Article 28(3) of the GDPR. Either Party may make reasonable amendments to Annex 1 by written notice to the other Party and as reasonably necessary to meet those requirements. Annex 1 does not create any obligation or rights for any Party.
