Description of Improvements. The Improvements, all building structures, materials, fixtures, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, electric and other systems, canopies, sidewalks, walkways, planters and landscape materials, and all other real property improvements and structures owned by Seller and located in, on or under the Land or otherwise related to, used or available for use in the ownership, operation, management or maintenance of the Real Property.
Description of Improvements. Landlord shall, at Landlord's expense, construct certain improvements on or about the Property ("Work") in accordance with certain plans and specifications attached hereto as Attachment "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. Attachment "A" shall consist of construction (bidset) drawings and specifications. Any such plans and specifications shall be submitted to Tenant's facilities manager for prior reasonable approval.
Description of Improvements. School District shall construct improvements to the Schoolsite’s existing water system (“Infrastructure Improvements”) in accordance with plans, drawings and specifications prepared in compliance with the terms of this Agreement. The plans, drawings and specifications (“Plans”) shall be attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Description of Improvements. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Work Letter, Landlord shall, at Landlord’s expense, construct certain improvements on or about the Premises (the “Work”) in accordance with those plans and specifications attached hereto as Schedule 1 and incorporated herein by this reference. Tenant hereby approves the plans and specifications attached as Schedule 1.
Description of Improvements. The Premises to be provided by Landlord shall consist of all improvements currently existing in the Premises which shall include but not be limited to, a concrete floor, exterior building walls, and service points from which electrical and telephone service to the Premises can be made. In addition, Landlord shall complete the items as set forth in Section 3.3 and Section 7.2. Tenant acknowledges that except for Landlord’s Work (if any) and except to the extent expressly set forth in this Lease (including without limitation Sections 3.3 [Condition of Premises], 4.2 [Delivery of the Premises], 7.4 [ADA] and 8.4 [Landlord’s Obligations]) Tenant’s taking possession of the Premises shall be deemed acceptance of the Premises by Tenant, and shall be deemed conclusively to establish that the Premises are in good and satisfactory condition as of the date Tenant takes possession. Subject to the foregoing (“Landlord’s Work”), Tenant accepts possession of the Premises in their current, “as is” condition, and acknowledges that it has inspected the Premises and is fully aware of all patent conditions of the Premises.
Description of Improvements. The Developer agrees to adhere to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plans for Construction activities at Address. The SWPPP and ESC was prepared by Consultant and date.
