Description of Data. 2.1. Contractor, and/or Subcontracors will collect the Data necessary for the CJTA Programmatic Treatment Report, Attachment 4, attached hereto and incorporated herein . The Data will be submitted directly into the Behavioral Health Data System (BHDS).
