DEQ. DEQ has authority to enter into this MOU pursuant to La. R.S. 36:231 et. seq. and La. R.S. 30:2001, et. seq., including La. R.S. 30:2011. Further, DEQ has authority to enter into this MOU pursuant to FAST-41, 42 U.S.C. 4370m-2(c)(1)(C) and 42 U.S.C. 4370m-2(c)(3)(C)(i).
