Deposits to Special Accounts. The Borrower will not deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, to the Collection Account cash or cash proceeds other than Collections in respect of the Collateral; provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, Excluded Amounts may be deposited or credited to the Collection Account if promptly identified and removed by the Borrower or the Collateral Manager.
