Deposits in Trust. Notwithstanding Section 8.1, or any other provision of this Plan to the contrary, the Employer may deposit into the Trust any amounts it deems appropriate to pay the benefits under this Plan. The amounts so deposited may include all contributions made pursuant to Employer Supplemental Contributions and any Employer Discretionary Contributions.
