Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Processors. Open new Blocked Accounts unless the Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Agent appropriate Blocked Account Agreements consistent with the provisions of Section 6.13 and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
