Deployment Right Sample Clauses
A Deployment Right clause grants a party the authority to install, launch, or otherwise make a product, service, or software available for use, typically within a specified environment or to designated users. This clause outlines the scope of deployment, such as whether it covers internal business use, customer-facing applications, or third-party access, and may set limitations on the number of deployments or geographic regions. Its core function is to clearly define who has the legal right to deploy the subject matter, thereby preventing unauthorized use and ensuring both parties understand the permitted scope of deployment.
