Common use of Dental Services Plan Clause in Contracts

Dental Services Plan. (a) Regular Full-Time Employees who have completed the probationary period of six (6) months, as described in Section 2, and Temporary Full-Time Employees who have completed such probationary period and an additional six (6) months' service, shall be entitled to be enrolled in the Dental Services Plan and to be covered effective the first day of the calendar month following completion of the required period of service.
