Common use of Dental Insurance Plan Clause in Contracts

Dental Insurance Plan. The Company will pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premium cost of the Dental Care Plan to all continuing employees and will pay one hundred pre cent (100%) of the premium cost of this plan for employees working a schedule of eighty percent (80%) or greater. For employees working less than eighty percent (80%) the Company will pay sixty percent (60%) of the premium.
