Denmark. If you are employed in or a citizen of Denmark: (1) The first sentence of Section 6 of this Agreement is replaced with the following: If you voluntarily terminate your employment with the Corporation or any Subsidiary for any reason, all RSUs not then vested will be cancelled on the date of employment termination. (2) You acknowledge that you received the employer statement in Danish which sets forth additional terms of the RSUs to the extent that the Stock Option Act applies.
