Common use of Demolition work Clause in Contracts

Demolition work. Where employees covered by this Agreement are employed in connection with and on work with employees of demolition contractors on major demolition works they shall be paid $5.00 per hour in lieu of the relevant Site Allowance.

Demolition work. A.2.1 Where employees covered by this Agreement are employed in connection with and on work with employees of demolition contractors works engaged on major structural demolition works they shall be paid $5.00 4.35 per hour in lieu of the relevant Site Allowance.

The amount of $4.35 per hour is set for the life of the Agreement.
