Demand to Bargain Impact. Any demand by the Association to bargain over the impact of the plan’s implementation on Faculty wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment that are not covered or otherwise dealt with by this Agreement shall be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the date that the Board of Trustees approves the proposed plan.
