DEMAND FEATURE. The Borrower and the Guarantors each hereby acknowledge that the New Revolving Note continues to be due and payable in full ON DEMAND, and this Agreement shall not in any way constitute or be deemed to constitute an amendment, modification or limitation of such provision.
