Delivery Up. On expiry or termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return to the Employer or the NDA (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information which is confidential (in accordance with Clause AZ20 (Confidential Information) belonging to the Employer or the NDA. Delivery Up. 12.1 The Executive will return to the Company’s premises on or before the Termination Date all books, documents, papers, data (including copies or extracts and whether in printed or electronic format), materials, credit cards, keys, security cards or other property of or relating to the business of the Company or the Group or its or their respective clients or suppliers. The Executive shall be entitled to retain for his personal use his company-assigned iPhone, iPad, and Surface Pro laptop computer, in each case without a company-paid wireless service plan.
Delivery Up. On termination of this Agreement the Custodian will deliver all copies of the Base Financial Model held by it in equal or (where it is not holding an even number of copies) approximately equal numbers to the Lead Authority (for the attention of the Project Director) and to the Contractor (for the attention of the Operations Manager).

On expiry or termination of this Agreement, the Parent Body Organisation and the SLC shall ensure or procure that the Nominated Staff return to the Parent Body Organisation or the Authority or the SLC (as applicable) all documents, materials or any information belonging to the Parent Body Organisation or the Authority or the SLC (as the case may be).
Delivery Up. Where this remedy is granted, the infringing goods will be ordered to be delivered up to be destroyed.67 This relief was granted in the case of Xxxxxxx Group Limited v Esdee Food Products Nigeria Limited.68 Having found that the defendants product marked “GLUCOS-AID” drink infringed upon the plaintiff drink marked “LUCOZADE”, the court held, inter alia that the defendants should deliver upon oath for destruction all the goods, cartons, wrappers, blocks, discs, or stamps bearing any xxxx or material that would be in breach of the injunction which had been granted.69
