Common use of Delivery Points Clause in Contracts

Delivery Points. The Delivery Point will be (i) for each Distributed Resource composing the Project that is located behind a Customer’s retail meter, the load meter(s) for such Distributed Resource, and (ii) for each Distributed Resource composing the Project that is not located behind a Customer’s retail meter, the Electric Revenue Meter at the point of interconnection, and in each case (i) and (ii), as stated in Appendix III. Seller shall be solely responsible for any costs or charges imposed on or associated with Distribution Services up to and at the Delivery Point. Buyer shall be responsible for any costs or charges imposed on or associated with Distribution Services after the Delivery Point.
