Modifications to Study Request Sample Clauses
The "Modifications to Study Request" clause defines the process by which changes can be made to an existing study request within an agreement. It typically outlines who has the authority to propose modifications, the procedures for submitting and approving such changes, and any limitations or conditions that must be met. For example, it may require written consent from both parties before any adjustments to the scope, timeline, or methodology of the study are implemented. This clause ensures that any alterations to the original study request are managed transparently and with mutual agreement, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over the project's direction or deliverables.
