Common use of Delivery Point Clause in Contracts

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility NE and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable or tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to at the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any or applicable tariff.

Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, Buyer, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility NE and any other applicable Governmental Entity or tariff. Seller shall be responsible for all applicable losses and any applicable tariffcharges associated with interconnection, service and delivery charges, including all related ISO‑NE administrative fees and other FERC-approved charges and Interconnection Tariff charges in connection with the Delivery of Energy to and at the Delivery Point.

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable or tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy that is a Product shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-ISO- NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any or applicable tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All Scheduled Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for making all arrangements and paying all costs associated with delivering the costs of delivering its Scheduled Energy to the Delivery Point Point, consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility NYISO, and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable or tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All of Buyer’s Percentage Entitlement of the Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the a Delivery Point. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the any Delivery Point specified in accordance with Exhibit A and consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any or applicable tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Pointmeter installed by the Buyer at the point designated in the project interconnection agreement. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with Point. Buyer shall be responsible for all standards matters related to delivery of Energy and requirements set forth by other Products beyond the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariffdelivery point.

Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility NE and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable or tariff.

Delivery Point. (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller Xxxxxx to Buyer at the Delivery Pointmeter installed by the Buyer at the point designated in the project interconnection agreement. Seller shall be responsible for the costs of delivering its Energy to the Delivery Point consistent with Point. Buyer shall be responsible for all standards matters related to delivery of Energy and requirements set forth by other Products beyond the FERC, ISO-NE, the Interconnecting Utility and any other applicable Governmental Entity and any applicable tariffdelivery point.
