Delivery of Servicing Records. The Seller shall cause the Originator to forward to the Purchaser, or its designee, all servicing records and the Servicing File in the Originator's possession relating to each related Mortgage Loan including the information enumerated in the Servicing Agreement (with respect to each such Mortgage Loan, for an interim period, as specified therein).
