Common use of Delivery of Goods and Performance of Services Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Goods and Performance of Services. 3.1 The Supplier shall deliver the Goods and perform the Services during regular business hours (as applicable at the place of delivery/performance) in accordance with the time schedule in the Contract. The Supplier shall furnish such programmes of manufacture and delivery as the Buyer may reasonably request. Unless otherwise agreed in the Contract, the Supplier shall deliver the Goods in accordance with Incoterms 2010 "DDP" and the Contract to the destination specified in the Contract.
