Delivery of Demand. Each Demand must be in writing, and may be given in person, by post or facsimile and must be received by the Issuing Bank at its address as follows: [Issuing Bank] [Issuing Bank Address] [Issuing Bank Fax Number] For the purpose of this Letter of Credit, communications made by facsimile will be treated as being in writing.
