Common use of Delivery of Conveyance Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Conveyance. Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the "CONVEYANCE"), in the form attached hereto as Schedule III (and with Exhibit A hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o'clock a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, on January 1, 2000 (herein called the "EFFECTIVE DATE").

Delivery of Conveyance. Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the "CONVEYANCE"“Conveyance”), in the form attached hereto as Schedule III (and with Exhibit A hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto)I, effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o'clock 7:00 a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, Central Daylight Time on January May 1, 2000 2009 (herein called the "EFFECTIVE DATE"“Effective Date”).;

Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the "CONVEYANCE"“Conveyance”), in the form attached hereto as Schedule III (and with Exhibit A Exhibits X-0, X-0, and A-3 hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o'clock o’clock a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, on January April 1, 2000 2008 (herein called the "EFFECTIVE DATE"“Effective Date”).

Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the "CONVEYANCE"“Conveyance”), in the form attached hereto as Schedule III I (and with Exhibit A hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o'clock 7:00 a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, Central Daylight Time on January June 1, 2000 2004 (herein called the "EFFECTIVE DATE"“Effective Date”).
