Delivery of Conveyance. Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the "CONVEYANCE"), in the form attached hereto as Schedule III (and with Exhibit A hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o'clock a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, on January 1, 2000 (herein called the "EFFECTIVE DATE").
Delivery of Conveyance. Upon receipt of payment of the amount provided in Section 10.3(a), Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the “Conveyance”), in the form attached hereto as Schedule II (and with Exhibits A and A-1 hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o’clock a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, on January 1, 2007 (herein called the “Effective Date”).
Delivery of Conveyance. Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties on the form attached hereto as Schedule III (“Conveyance”) and effective as of 7 o’clock a.m., Central Standard Time on June 1, 2007 (herein called the “Effective Date”).
Delivery of Conveyance. Upon the execution hereof, Pantera and/or Lakehills shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Madoff a conveyance of the Initial Well, the related Equipment and Acreage and associated interests and rights (the “Conveyance”), in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D and made a part hereof.

Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer a conveyance of the Properties (the "Conveyance"), in a sufficient number of counterparts to facilitate recording in all applicable jurisdictions in the form attached hereto as Exhibit II (and with Exhibit A hereto, with such modifications as may be mutually agreed to by Buyer and Seller, being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7 o'clock a.m., local time at the locations of the Properties, respectively, on January 1, 2002 (herein called the "Effective Date").

Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Buyer (i) the "CONVEYANCE" (as herein called), in the form attached hereto as Schedule I (and with Exhibit A hereto being attached thereto), effective as to runs of oil and deliveries of gas and for all other purposes as of 7:00 a.m., local time at the locations of the Oil and Gas Properties, respectively, on April 1, 1995 (herein called
Delivery of Conveyance. Seller shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Purchaser at Closing all Assignments, completely and validly executed, in the proper form, conveying the Subject Properties to Purchaser or Purchaser's Nominee as of the Effective Time.
