Common use of Delivery of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certificates. As soon as practicable after the exercise of this Warrant in full or in part, and in any event within ten (10) business days thereafter, the Company at its sole expense will cause to be issued in the name of, and delivered to, the Holder, or, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may direct:

Delivery of Certificates. As soon as practicable after the exercise of this Warrant in full whole or in part, and in any event within ten twenty (1020) business days thereafter, the Company at its sole expense will cause to be issued in the name of, and delivered to, the Holder, or, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, as such Holder (upon payment by such Holder of any applicable transfer taxes) may direct:
