Common use of Delivery of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Certificate. Purchaser shall provide to the Seller, MPC and the Company certificates, dated as of the Closing Date and signed by the Purchaser’s President, to the effect set forth in Section 6.1 and 6.2 for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of such representations and warranties and the performance and satisfaction of such covenants and conditions.

Delivery of Certificate.
