Delivery/notification. At the request of the applicant authority, the requested authority shall, in accordance with the legislation in force on the territory of the state of the requested Party, deliver all documents and notify decisions issued by the applicant authority falling within the scope of this Annex to an addressee, residing or established in its territory. In such case Article 6 (3) is applicable.
